By using MyTripPlan at mytripplan.in ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use MyTripPlan.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You must not attempt to access other users' data without permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of all trip content you create — itineraries, expenses, messages and files. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content to you and your invited trip members.

Collaboration

When you invite someone to a trip, they can view or edit trip content depending on the role you assign. You are responsible for who you invite and the permissions you grant. You can remove members from trips at any time.

Service availability

We aim to keep MyTripPlan available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features or temporarily suspend the Service with or without notice.

Limitations of liability

MyTripPlan is provided "as is". We are not liable for any travel-related decisions you make based on content in the app, including itinerary information, weather data, or expense calculations. Always verify critical travel details with official sources.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@mytripplan.in. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
